    Frequently asked questions

100% honesty, trustworthy, legimate work. I believe in customer service, getting the job done right the first time. Making sure the customer are the priorty, making sure they are happy when the job is complete.

I start locksmithing in the late 1980's. Company I used to work for believe in, and still do, making the customer happy. I worked with AAA Emergency Services for over 20 years, which includes lock out, making keys, programming, ignition replacements, door lock replacements, so on. I stay up to date on vehicle technology, diagnostics and programming.

My prices base on Year Make and Model of vehicle. I have a database to look up the vehicle to give you proper pricing.

All automotive jobs there will never be a service call with Las Vegas, Henderson and Boulder City areas. Outside these area has a service call price.

Prices I provide is one price on automotive jobs. We are not scammers, scammers gives to many excuses to get more money from customers. Call for Pricing and availablity.

Residential jobs has a low price service call, call for details.

In the Late 1980's, I worked in a kiosk in a mall duplicating keys. 1990 I joined the US Navy for a few years. I worked for a locksmith when I go out. I was trained mainly on automotive locksmithing then gradually into residential locks.

In 2016, my wife and I moved to Vegas. In 2018 I decided to open my own business, hate seeing customers get scammed, customers deserve honest, trustworthy service.

I work with all types of customers and businesses.

A customer had a 1961 Jaguar that he called around before calling me and no one cannot make the key. I came out and made the key within 20 mins.

Do your research, make sure they are licensed, bonded and insured. There are too many scammers out there, Get more than 1 quote. Normally a scammer will give you a very low price, then when they arrive, they give you a bogus excuse saying its tough or whatever.

Check with City Business License and see if they are registered. To have a locksmith license they have to have a FBI background check.

Ask for there credentials, they have to show it to you.

Ask if they are licensed, insured and bonded.

Here is where is gets tricky. Reviews are good to look at, but a lot of companies are hiring advertisers to give fake 5 star reviews. If you look at the reviews look at the bad ones, not the good ones, they are usually the legitimate customers.

All of the reviews I have on Yelp, Google, Thumbtack, so on are 100% customers.
