What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started out in the military,had the best sgt,he knew everything,(and I’m not kidding about that)and he was a great teacher.I like to think I’m a lot like he was.Plus I have two years of trade school and over 40 years of experience

How did you get started in this business?
I started this business over 30 years ago and it was to help people on fixed incomes get quality service at a price they could afford
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with just about every kind of professional and non-professional people you can think of like judges,lawyers,teachers,doctors, pro golfers etc A few famous people also!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Fixing a job that that 3 other plumbers couldn’t do.And it did not make me happy,you have to have pride in the work that you do,and some of these plumbers are just in it for the money.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
You know I would say check his credentials but now adays you can buy your license Just because you have a license doesn't mean your a good plumber!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Making sure they’re licensed insured and bonded and have references.
