As a general contractor, I am responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from initial planning through to completion. My role involves coordinating all aspects of the build including budgeting, scheduling, hiring subcontractors, securing permits, and ensuring compliance with safety and building codes. I work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and tradespeople to ensure that every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. From sourcing materials to supervising daily on-site activities, I ensure that the construction process runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
