What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to setup an initial phone meeting to talk about scope of work and price point, then we can both agree on a meeting place for a secondary meeting if everyone thinks we are a good fit. Building a home or doing a major renovation is a major life event and I want my costumer comfortable with me and my process so I can be flexible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been building or renovating houses since I was a young teenager. I've been building new homes in Atlantic County for 7 years now and have many happy customers that would be happy to give feedback.
