What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer starts with an assessment meeting to gain insight of the vision the customer has for their project. Next, we provide an estimate based on the requested services. After the project has been finalized, and a start date has been established, we provide the services necessary to complete the project while keeping the customer up to date every step of the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trial & Error is the the best teacher I would say, but having continued education in being an inspector & knowing code enforcements helps with any legality in construction.

Post COvid 19 there's been a serge in pricing with materials. With that being said ArchStone has a new quotes per square foot so you can see cost while planning your construction needs.
Decking composite $36-$50 square foot standard & or custome
New Construction Build $120-$200 square ft
Remodeling & or Renovation $40-$80 sq ft
in order for us to be accurate with quotes we must meet for estimate at location
How did you get started in this business?
I received my first opportunity working with D&D Builders in Sales Department in 2008. Work for Associates Acquisitions LLC as a site manager in 2012 in Dumphries, Va. In 2014 received opportunity to manage ArchStone Acquisitions LLC in Dover De. Through my tenure was able to assist with 36 New Construction homes, & 4 Commercials properties, 2 Restuarants & 2 commercial Garages.
