What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first proccess is understanding their level of urgency and strees they are under in relations to their move as I know how stressful a move is to anyone. After communication is the second most important aspect of a mover as a client really need to understand how you will be handling their move.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don't have any education in relations to moving however I do have over 100 Moves under my belt and can make a move smooth and easy.
How did you get started in this business?
I started as a helper to my uncle's company.

We have worked with all types of customers.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Listen to your gut instinct. If it sounds to good to be True it probably isn't true or a bead service.
