What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to discuss your project budget and expectations of the house size and amenities. I work with homeowners from design through CO and supervise each project myself. I have 20 years of experience in building both tradition stick built and modular homes.

New construction cost range in the low end from $150-$160 per square foot.
If you’d like to pursue a traditional custom stick built home I have a relationship with two architectural firms that I can partner with if design is required.

Model tends to require less time and generally stay on budget once designed and priced because there are less opportunities to change scope in field. If you already have plans I would like to review them.
