What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up an appointment to meet and go over the details of their project... I provide them with an estimate...Once excepted we get things started...
If plans or engineering is needed we'll help our clients obtain them through our long term relationships w/ our engineering professionals etc...
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 29 years of experience and We have been certified remodeling and renovation specialists.
We are constantly learning new techniques as well as safety training and now COVID protocols.

Our pricing is very competitive and above all things we are honest and extremely fair with our estimating and proposals.
How did you get started in this business?
When I was a kid I worked for many of my friends Fathers that had Building or Construction companies. That experience along w/ years of working with other construction companies lead me to open my own business.
All these experiences gave me the drive to help people and represent the business and ultimately my company in the best way I can.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with every type of client from Private Home building and Commercial buildings to Large and small projects like additions, Home renovation and remodeling, Kitchen and bathroom remodeling and all other aspects of construction...
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Delivering a finished project in the middle of the pandemic when supplies were scarce and delays were constant was a real challenge but worth every minute to see how happy they were upon completion was awesome.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always ask to see a current jobs and past projects and of course references...Pictures are good but you need to make sure its that company that did the work...Trust your gut, If you cant trust the person you're doing business w/ choose a different builder.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Gather pictures and make sketches if possible. The more you can show us (Visual aids) that gives us an idea of what it is you're looking for, the better is our understanding of what to give you an estimate for. Its very difficult to build something without a true understanding of what it is that you want. Plans and drawings are a huge help so that you can visualize the intended result...
