What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make the process as simple as possible, and many times meet with clients right in their homes to discuss the steps to accomplishing their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is from 3 generations of building contractors, and over 30 years of personal experience. I also have a 4 year business degree in marketing.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
There really is no standard pricing in the custom home building industry, as each project has so many nuances. It is difficult to give a price without some entry level discussion with a potential client.
How did you get started in this business?
Worked in the industry as a boy with my dad and fell in love with building.

Diverse customer base with all levels of budgets, needs, and desires.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
I'm fond of most of the projects I have completed. Each project is a part of me, and my ability to help create the dreams of each of my clients.

Take the time to find someone you connect with, and has a great reputation with many years in the business.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Are they truly ready to embarque on a project and committ the time it takes to see it thru.
