Terminators Pest Management

On Sept.5, 2016 we discovered we had bedbugs. We were horrified. That was the day before Labor Day. While surfing the internet I saw Terminator Pest Control. I called and got an answer on Sunday. I spoke with Shirley,, she was very sympathetic. She scheduled my service for Monday which was Labor Day. 9am. Three service people were here at 9. They got straight to work. They were here 3 hours treating our 4 bedroom home. We had no knowledge of bedbugs. They told us what to do and that it was not going to be a single treatment and be done with it. Over the 16 days we have spoken with Shirley 4 times. We would have a question. We would immediately get a call back. She is Soo helpful and comforting letting us know what to expect along the way to be bug free! It takes time. Over the next week we saw about 10 in the master bedroom which is where they were. No other room had any. She told us this was normal and to get them squish him and flush. We have not seen any for the last 8 days. Today we got our second treatment. Showed up on time and are very professional. Answer all our questions. The entire ordeal is sickening!!! But Terminator Pest Control has been terrific. I highly recommend them. Diane

No lie, there cant possibly be a company better than these guys. Its important to have an exterminator who not just baits and traps, but also SEALS the pests entrance points so they dont come back. Thats exactly what Terminators did!!!! The staff is amazing!!! Shirley in the office was beyond sweet and helpful. The price was FANTASTIC...and the service??!! Second to NONE!!! She sent Jerry...who is the Terminator MASTER!!!! Not only is he down to earth and a nice guy, but he is a consummate professional and takes COMPLETE PRIDE in his work. He called to tell me he was running a little late at his previous appointment...then when he arrived, Jerry took a tour and took time to explain what he saw and what needed to be done. He wanted to be thorough and knew our home would take a while , so he asked if he could go to the appointment scheduled after ours, knock it out and come back so he could take his time. Totally reasonable!!! As you can probably guess, we had a serious problem with Mickey and Minnie...and all their children, grands and great grands running around our home. Jerry worked his heart out!!! He cleaned out and sealed everything thoroughly as promised. He even did extra work he didnt need to do and pointed out structural issues that needed to be addressed (he hates letting it be known, but hes an entomologist AND a licensed contractor). He explained that it may take about a week and a half before all the critters are eliminated....but the difference is sooooo noticeable!!!! He came here yesterday and today there is no evidence of visitors...in fact the only visitor we saw must not have gotten the memo...he was found terminated. AMAZING!!!...especially since there has been a serious problem here for years which was worsening over the past week. Terminators Pest Management is good to a fault. They work hard to make sure your problem doesnt come back after they visit. That is simply not the case with most pest control agencies. Jerry also insisted we text him in about a week and a half to let him know how everything is going. I wish people were like them in all businesses!!! If you want good, reliable, reasonable and trustworthy pest control services, you definitely want these guys!! I highly recommend them without reservations.

They made this whole experience very doable. They showed up in a BMW which we were so grateful for. We were nervous about how discreet they would be. It was wonderful not having to worry about friends or neighbors seeing a exterminator in out driveway. Jerry and his crew were wonderful. We couldnt have asked for a better experience. The price was unbelievable. So far so good. We havent seen one bug since our 2nd treatment. Shirley in the office was amazing and answered all our questions without making us feel awkward about anything. Would recommend to anyone having a pest issue.

We had a relatively small infestation carried over from a move. I had a couple of companies try and scare/bully me into using them by saying that where there was 10 they would show me 1000 bed bugs and if I didnt act immediately I would be overrun and it would be untreatable etc etc.

TPMs representatives were so lovely and Comforting. If youve ever had bed bugs you know that you cant sleep, you feel violated in your own home and you constantly think you see them everywhere. TPM helped ease my mind and told me that they would soon be gone and to try and relax the best I could, and promised my house would be mine again. They happily and punctually answered my 697939482 questions I had for them and gave me detailed instructions on how to prepare for their treatment.

I am happy to say now three months after their visit we are no longer have any remnants of them ever being here. We saw no more live ones immediately after their treatment and stopped finding corpses three months after.

Could not be happier with the level of service, professionalism and genuine care about our well being that we received from this company. Well worth the money.

I had been living in hell. They were very thorough and got rid of every single bug! I have slept well for the first time in weeks!
