What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to provide an honest, up front, and affordable moving quote, built around your needs, to fit you your budget, we at Certified, recommend our FREE, No Obligation, in home survey. While we do offer quick quotes digitally, we highly recommend allowing us the opportunity of seeing the project first hand, at our expense.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a prior service US Marine Corps veteran, we were trained to quickly but diligently relocate entire battalions from point to point to satisfy our missions in a well organized and timely manner, never leaving any man, or their gear behind. I personally served in the communications sector, working hand in hand with logistics, and operations to ensure all moving parts were well coordinated. I firmly believe communication is the key to any successful moving operation and we're committed to making sure you "know before you go!" This applies to every part of a move and we want our clients to know what they need to budget, what obstacles or additional cost they could incur, when and where their goods will be picked up, and when and where they will be delivered.
