Michael Bailey didn't walk into construction — he grew up inside it. As a young boy, he was already working alongside seasoned tradesmen, learning the craft before most kids had picked up a hammer. Those early years among men who built things with their hands left a permanent mark on who he became.

Over 30 years and more than 300+ completed projects later, Michael has led as a General Contractor and contributed as a skilled subcontractor — understanding both sides of the build. From full home renovations in New Jersey to structural additions across the five boroughs of New York City, his work speaks for itself.

Raised in New York City, Michael credits his mother with everything. She taught him discipline, the value of hard work, sacrifice, and the integrity to chase your dreams — no shortcuts, no excuses. Those lessons are embedded in every project Bailey Bros takes on. He now resides in New Jersey, bringing that same New York grit and work ethic to homes across both states.

Off the job site, Michael is a man of culture. A lifelong hip hop head, he appreciates good music, great food, and the kind of conversations that happen around a table with good people. He is also a working actor — appearing on an iconic American police procedural and legal drama.
