What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Friendly Tree prides itself on a simple efficient process from firts call to the final cleanup. With helpful office staff who actually answer the phone and set up a meeting or site visit when it is most convenient for the customer. With an efficienct scheduling system we can generally perform the quoted work wihin days not weeks or months. The crews are all full time employees who are educated in arboriculture with most crews having a staff arborist. Our culture of safety allows us to guarantee our work.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
No two tree projects are the same. There are several variables: condition of the tree, condition and acessability of work area, amount of time and labor to perform the project and cleanup, amount and condition of debris to be removed, special rigging and or equipment necessary, overhead and underground utilities etc etc etc... 2 identicle sized trees can cost 10X the other based on these variables. A FREE quote is always available so there is no guessing when it comes to cost
