What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well, first I will go and see the job to see what needs to be done. Then, I will talk to my customer to see what they think about what needs to be done and what type of Job I will be doing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a licensed home improvement contractor for 11 years. I know about my work for about 25 years. I also know about plumbing and electrical work. I always perform my jobs professionally.

I did everything I need to do to get Licensed to become a home improvement contractor.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have done jobs with American clients, commercial jobs, and with clients that have told me to do big jobs in buildings, houses, ect.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advise them to talk to the pro and ask them to show them jobs they have preformed, if they are licensed as a home improvement contractor ,how much time the job took to be done, ask for pictures. ect.
