Bed Bugs are probably the most sensitive and upsetting infestation for most people.

Psychologlically this situation affects them. 

Curing these infestations puts all customers at ease, and that is rewarding everytime.

Do a background check "google the firm" check to see if they do have the proper State Licensing.

Ask what type of products are going to be applied if the job is awarded.
