About this pro

I've been doing this since 1987. So I've been around awhile and I've meet a lot of people with all kinds of problems. I've helped people with broken sewer lines, clogged drains new water service. New water heaters, house heaters to roughing in new construction. I believe in treating people the way I want to be treated. I don't believe in selling people something they don't need. I've been serving the Philadelphia area people for 30 year's.

I enjoy seeing the look on the customers face when I can tell them, it's all fixed and ready to use

We have had nothing but great service from Mr. Dunphy. We have used his service at least four times in the past year regard our aging church on different matters from replacing old heating pipes to our drains. He completed all tasks quickly and solved our problems. He was respectful of our property and cleaned up the work site when done. I highly recommend Mr. Dunphy.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will explain what the problem is, tell you what has to be done to correct the problem.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I went to Delaware Valley School Of Trades in1987. Graduated second in my class of 50. I've worked with a few different companies in those 30 years.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

It all depends on the situation you have? Some situations are more detailed then others? I don't believe in selling someone something that they don't need.

How did you get started in this business?

I worked for a plumber that lived across the street from me when I was a kid in the summer.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with doctors, lawyers and a few famous people. "Jerry Blavit the geater with the heater" on a house he has in South Philadelphia

Describe a recent project you are fond of.

I guess it would have to be when I helped a U.S.Marine with his bathroom. I had to take out his bathtub and put a shower in for him because he couldn't get into his bathtub.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Don't be afraid to ask questions. I believe in the old saying, if you don't know, you better ask somebody
