What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greet them on phone, take needed info to guide them. When we discover exactly what it is to help that Custome.. we do exatly that. Offering choices on various options , and also what is needed on a minimun-level of requirement. Then we set up the appointment atthat time. Then we send a teck or the boss to perform their duties. Clean up always aft our job. Ask the Customer for a minute to show them what was done. So the Customer can see before we leave the site too; and a)accept the work, b) making sure what we fixed performs well in front of that Custumer as it should. Get Paid. Thank the Customer and go leaving a business card as well
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We happen to have 14 Licenses to compliment this diverse field as following; Licensed Master Plumber, & FireSuppression & Heating- As well as 5-EPA Certifications, 2 NYFD Certifications, State Licensed in BackFlow Testing , Design, Installs- In which makes US solid for you and your pricing

Pricing as follows (on SI ONLY for this pricing)
Standard Service Call = 175.00
Diognoses fee 99.00 > This is for those jobs in which can not be seen to price out-right... or someome just wants a live person to phyiscally see. This 99.00 gets fully refunded upon the estimated job taken, performed and completed. job being paid in full
Waters range from 625.00 and up
Bioler replacment with permit and complete, 3000.00 and up (depends on size)
Rebuild a shower-body or any standard facuet = 225.00 (parts extra)
snaking 165.00 and up depending on curcumstances
How did you get started in this business?
My Uncle Phil is one of thr first Licensed Master Plumbers on Staten Island and has traned me tough, clean and proper to serve the Public. So much for being an electrician......?

Describe a recent project you are fond of.
One of the most best-feelings I get is when we save anybody 42% on thier fuel bill fuel WITH-OUT CHANGING THIER BOILER.
Customer went from paying approx 4800.00 a YEAR
I assessed the sys, gave the EST. Got a deposit and wa-la....... 2.5 years later they called and said they were blown away by what i did & the savings were not believable.. but when they saw thier-own charges DROP Massively to 2500.00 a YEAR!!!!
