What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The RDF Group approach is different than most - typical general contractors provide run around of excuses and unfinished projects. Not us, at The RDF Group besides honesty, we provide full transparency. Which means you will know how your project is moving at the same time as us. With our projects being monitored closely, should any hiccup arise, together we can avoid any delays in your schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The RDF Group values continued education of all staff by doing weekly training sessions and well as receiving certifications in various fields. Various areas of expertise included but not limited to; electric, plumbing, carpentry, etc

How did you get started in this business?
The three partners of The RDF Group came together to create a general contracting firm that specializes in high-end construction and renovation for all renovations in New York. Almost 50 years of collective experience, the owners each bring individual specialties that when combined together, deliver true craftsmanship for high-end renovation projects.

The RDF Group has worked with all kinds of customers. From residential to commercial to industrial. We specialize in all customers whether woman owned, minority owned, veteran owned, etc.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Water filtration systems are a tricky animal for retail commercial spaces. After installing this custom filtration system for a high end Resturant, our client was pleased to hear that they can open and continue their business as before. Since the filtration was completed before opening, sales rose by 24% as costs decreased by 15%. This made our client happy as well as us.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The RDF Group understands there are many many choices out there. The key factor that clientele should look for is transparency. There will give you the knowledge you seek regarding your project as well as the cost aspect requested. We value our honesty and loyalty to each customer as if they are part of the family.
