What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Pressure Washing/Soft Washing was a big part of my family's business growing up. I've had hands-on experience with pressure washing for as long as I can remember. On top of that, we try to take as many workshops and classes as possible to stay up to date with current industry trends.

How did you get started in this business?
My adventure in this industry started as a kid working for my family's pool + pressure washing company. It's an oddly satisfying trade that is both fun and helpful to our clients.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I'm fond of every project we work on. There is just something satisfying about pressure washing. Seeing the mold, mildew, and algae fall away to expose a new-looking house is fun. But, the real thing that I love is seeing is our client's faces when they see the transformation of their home.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Go with a company that makes you feel comfortable. At the end of the day, most companies are going to be able to clean your home, driveway, pool patio, etc. The real question is, will they take the proper steps to ensure your property is protected? Are they going to use the right soaps, chemicals, and processes. After all, having your house washed is amazing. But having your house washed with zero headaches and nothing being broken is even better!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If you're thinking about hiring a professional it means you have a problem that needs to be solved. Just ask yourself and be honest about your expectations. Be honest about your budget... although some things may be more expensive than you thought and some may be cheaper. The big one is expectations though. Pressure Washing/Soft Washing can really make a house shine. But, this is a cleaning service. This is not a restoration service. Make sure you're aware of what your house, concrete, or driveway looks like underneath the dirt and the mold. Going into this with realistic expectations will really help your experience as a customer.
