We have over 45 years of experience and a long list of happy customers that you can speak to about our quality of work and value engineering. We strive to design and build within your budget and complete your project in a timely manner.
We love making your dreams come true by taking your ideas and creating exactly what you imagined. I personally enjoy being able to drive by former projects and telling my passenger that "we created that".

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person and have my client explain to me face to face what their needs and expectations are. From there we will work together to meet or exceed all of their expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken many courses offered by various manufacturers over the years.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Unfortunately there is no standard pricing in home or commercial building. Every project has different basic requirements and different interior or exterior finishes.
It is best to discuss what a client is looking for and then set a realistic budget to work within. To me building is a Partnership between the Client and the Builder and to attain the desired finished project it has to stay that way.
How did you get started in this business?
I started working with my dad when I was around 12.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of clients from average income to multi millionaires.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am fond of all of my projects. Currently we are completing a 2350 SF custom home in Whitefield
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be open minded and try and be as detailed as you can when describing what you are looking for in your new home.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What their actual budget is and also to remember to keep 10% for Change Orders or unforseen changes.
