For the first thing, Tom was here when he said he would be, which many contractors fail to do. Tom was very informative and we were pleased that he took precautions by putting on his mask while inside talking to us. We didn’t know our roof had hail damage and were glad he found it for us. All in all, we appreciated his knowledge of insurance and his concern for us. A very good rating for your spoke person!!
