What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do 90% of estimates through messenger. I have client givee the measurements Ex. 8x10. I give them the actual Price and if it works for them and want to book . There is 150 booking deposit (link) which lockes us both in on the schedule. Once deposit is received then booking is Confirmed. And followed by immediately with a signed invoice. The remaining of the half down is due at the end of the first day , balance due upon completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been on the hardwood since 98. High school friends of mine were 3rd generation fool Sanders who's grandparents were bowling alley refinishers . Worked on weekends through high school went full time in 98

My high school friends where #rd Generation Bowling Alley Refinishers. I work summers with the Family and full time in 1998

i Have worked for Government Workers, Captin Fire Fighter, 1 fire fighter, Tighty,end for Nebraska Cornhuskers, 2 EMT workers, Omaha Police Homicide Detective, Lincoln 911 operator, Real Estate investor's, Flippers, Management co. Military Men and Woman , couple doctors, and the list continues
