What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee operations of projects. Responsible for Owner negotiations and will be involved in the pre-construction aspect of the project, and working with the estimating department to establish the project budget (G.M.P). During the construction phase, responsible for project management and coordination, contract negotiations, review of submittals, shop drawings and pay requests, schedule compliance and cost control. Serve as the point of contact with the Owner and Architect.

How did you get started in this business?
Lee Hiatt comes from a construction family and has been working in the field since childhood. He served in the military just out of High School and later served his community as a Police Officer. He worked as a Deputy, followed by a Detective Sargent, and later continued as a construction lead while concurrently earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management. Lee has worked in the fields of Carpentry, Masonry, Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing on over 200 projects. Lee is a licensed Commercial and Residential Contractor and is a Certified Technician in multiple construction divisions. Lee was a Managing Member for an HVAC contractor company. He has had roles as a Safety Manager, Estimator, Project manager and Superintendent. He served as Secretary in the Seminole State College Student Association of General Contractors and is involved in various charitable organizations in the community. Lee embodies the corporate culture is proud to embrace challenges to come.

Describe a recent project you are fond of.
Really all projects to improve our communities; the business and homes/residential are important and are important. T favorite projects involve kennels and pets provide safety and acess, educational to improve facilities for our youth and teachers and residential to provide comfort and security.
