I enjoy all our homeowners that we do work for that we can and do provide exceptional work for all we repair or remodel to ever demolishing. We cater any homeowners, and if we can't do it, then we can and will recommend someone else. We won't let you down.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come look at what's needing done. Set up a good day that's good with you and then come and fix what's needed. We ask for your payment after service's unless it's a bigger exspence then we ask for half at the beginning of the job and the remaining balance at the end of the job. We ask the homeowners to purchase there own material which we normally get materials from Lowe's unless we would have to order it from anywhere else. Then we give you the price of labor for what we charge to service you. If we price the material and labor together then we total it all together and then can give you a set price for that as well. We aim to please you so it becomes your choice how you would like to come about it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Shaun Rhum has had 25 years experience in Construction as well as myself I've had 15 years in experience. Also for myself (Kim) I am a student at Colorado Technical University, all my classes are online. I'm a straight A+ honor student with a 4.0 G.P.A. And have been on the President List 5 months straight. I'll graduate December 2022, if not earlier. I'm going for my bachelors of science degree in business administration. I look forward to owning my very own drive in movie theater as well as a tiny's home campground site for as the tiny homes would be designed out of roosters and kettles, seeing as the name of the campground site is going to be called "The Rooster's Kettle Campground"! Yes I am a woman in Construction, I'm very good at my work and I don't show all others that I am better than them, because I am by far better than anyone else. I work really hard and love what I do. And as I like to always say, "that if it's not done right then I'm not doing it or it isn't nor wasn't done by me"!
