What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer project assessment during the initial visit at no charge. Plans and designs are created and provided for a moderate fee. Detailed description of proposed work is prepared and edited as needed until a CLEAR scope of work is created to ensure all expectations are explained. Pricing is provided by trade with expected start and completion date

1-only hire licensed, insured, experienced personnel with numerous referrals from customers who contracted for similar projects-
2-do not accept proof of insurance from the constractor; only from the insurance agent-
3-hire a local established firm that can provide identification with a local address, same state license vehicle tags, state licensed with the governing agency-
4-only pay for satisfactory "work in place"
5-NEVER pay in advance, or IN FULL unless COMPLETELY satisfied-
