What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having a good relationship with our customers is very important to us. When contacted about a potential job, we will reach out to the customer to discuss what they need, whether this be via phone, email or face to face. We will visit their home, business etc. or wherever the customer prefers to get a better idea of what they need. After this we will write a proposal and deliever to the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With 30 years of experience we believe this gives us an advantage of undertsanding of what is necessary to complete any job accordingly.
We have experience in remodels, carpentry, bioaerosol assessment and control, roofing, water proofing, certified mold assessment and licensed plumbing. We are involved in continuing education that furthers our ability to offer our customers the best service around. We also have obtained solar energy training through classes at NC State University.

How did you get started in this business?
Our business began many years ago as a means to get through and survive. As time progressed knowledge of the industry as well as business grew.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Over the years we have completed many different types of jobs and have worked for many types of eople. As of now within the 30 years of business we have completed about 56,000 jobs and look forward to completing many more.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
There are so many jobs we are so very proud of, the most recent one that sticks out is the completion of the rework of the brick veneer in Chapel Hill.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Our advice to anyone looking to hire a professional to complete their work is do a little homework on who they are hiring. References are always wonderful and of course making sure you get what you pay for and that the potential person you hire listens to what you want.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
It's important to ask about the history of the business, the budget of course and the goals the company desires.
Writing a list of questions is what we recommend to ensure all areas are discussed.
