What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each customer we encounter is taken through our intake process. We ensure that all appopriate information is received and then schedule an estimate immediately. Once the estimate is complete, we email a copy to the customer and will follow up within 2 days to see if we can assist in anyway.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner is a licensed NC Building contractor and licensed NC Public Utilities contractor. He is also a Certified Master Carpenter. He has been in the field for over 30 years, and Build Tech has been in business since 1999. We have completed many residential remodels, commercial upfits, concrete work, and public utilities projects.

We price each project individually. We come to the property to ensure that our pricing fits each job.
How did you get started in this business?
Richard Cochran, owner, has worked in construction since he was a child. It was a natural progression for him to start this business. He has been servicing clients in the Raleigh area for over 30 Years.
