RodMar Homes LLC is a small family-owned business that covers most of the Triangle and the surrounding area. We are a licensed/insured general contractor and licensed home inspector which gives us an edge in understanding building process and the complexity of all projects.
At RodMar Homes LLC, we work tirelessly to inject the highest quality possible into every project we work on. There are many contractors out there that work on everything under the sun-we distinguish ourselves by specializing only on aspects of a remodel or additions where we know we are the best at. We are transparent, honest, and have an outstanding service ethic. We will never complete a project until our client agrees they are satisfied.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At RodMar Homes LLC we are focused on highest quality for every aspect of our remodeling/addition services. We have experience in all aspects of construction from framing, electrical, flooring to plumbing, painting, outdoor living spaces. We have been in business since 2017 and have always focused on ensuring that a project is not complete until our clients are 100% satisfied. We are a small family-owned business, which allows us to reduce our overhead and in turn pass on the savings to our clients.
