What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we get contacted by a prospective client, we set up a time to go to the client's home or business to view the scope of the project. We take measurements, photos and notes to get a thorough idea of the client's wants, needs and budget so we can develope an estimate. At this point we quote the job. When we go to the next level, we would make selections of finishes and colors and write an agreement. Everything beyond this is variable for each type of project performed.
