We are a family owned welding and fabricating business. That is the basis of our business. We want to create that feeling for each customer. We like to get to know each customer on a personal level. It helps us be able to create the custom pieces that reflect their personalities and what they desire each piece to look like. We enjoy each part of our jobs. We like to be a ble to create something that our customers have been wanting. We draw every piece out and put it together to spec.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start the process with a free estimate meeting the future customers. We then discuss the design and a ballpark figure of price. Then we will draw out and customize the design. We get approval, contract signed and receive deposit for materials. Then we start to build each project. After the project is built, it will be painted or powder coated. Then comes install and final touches. After all this is complete, gets final approval and it's all theirs. Followed with warranty paperwork and payment.

I have 20 years experience in welding and fabricating.

We try to fit into each and every customer's budget. Our pricing is customizable.
How did you get started in this business?
I started building custom pieces for family and family friends. Then realized, that it was my passion. I jumped into it and kept going. Then 4:13 Inc. started to grow and blossom. It hasn't been easy but it has been worth it.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all different kinds of customers. Some for bigger projects than others.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We got the chance to design and build a custom railing for a cutomers family house. We got to make many designs in the railing and it turned out great!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your research. Meet with each one and make sure that you mesh well with them.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Make sure to ask upfront about scheduling. Make sure the timing is what is wanted for each of you. Get each pro to go through the design process with you to ensure that there is less change orders.
