Mark and team have been prompt, communicative, reasonably priced, thorough in their high-quality work, and warm to my family. Weve been surrounded by family and friends whove attempted hiring teams for home improvement projects and all have shared continued disappointment at teams who dont show up, leave a mess, and wont return calls. Weve been so fortunate to find Woodard Renovations and have a fully positive experience. Mark took time to speak with us at length and patiently considered different options to make best use of our complicated deck space. He was creative in his ideas and his team was excellent in its execution. Now, after excavation, removal of a retaining wall, addition of a retaining wall, and grading the yard, theyve finished an enormous back deck that my kids cant stop running around on. Our family will get wonderful use from this new extension to our home and we have Woodard Renovations to thank. Well certainly be hiring them for more projects!

I typically start with a telephone or email assessment. I can then provide a fairly accurate estimate. If this meets the clients budget I will come out to assess the project and execute a contract to move forward with the project.
