What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When dealing with a first-time client we typically like to make them comfortable with The Pest Control process by sharing a bit of our experience in the industry. Safety is always top priority and we encourage our clients to ask us questions regarding the process of the application.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have passed all necessary tests and requirements to own and operate a business with the structural pest control division in North Carolina. I have over 35 years in the industry.

Pricing in the pest control industry varies depending on job type. We are family owned and operated business and can normally offer prices lower than a large franchise company because we have less overhead.
How did you get started in this business?
I started in the family Pest Control business in 1982.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with both residential and Commercial clients. We have serviced restaurants, hotels,senior buildings, apartment complexes, residential homes, hospitals, nursing homes, schools and many other types of facilities.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always check to make sure you're dealing with a licensed company and it's always a good idea to check ratings and reviews online.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Does the pest professional have the experience in dealing with the type of issues that the customer is trying to get rid of.
