What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
after reading the intial request from the customer it is customary to speak with them over the phone to determine what their direct needs are. Based on what their needs are we may have tocome out to do a free eyes on estimate for final price, although most estimates are able to be done over the phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified by the NC Utilities Commission.
We have over 18 years of experience in various types of moving.
