They don’t respect your time outside of work as important. At no point do they ask how they can improve even when they can see that employees are fed up or are having mix feelings about there job. Constant travel and lack of structure in the company make it hard to focus on aspects outside of work. Cons No travel pay, no per diem, no concrete schedule, no concrete working hours, general lack of respect and structure

  • Track Laborer (Current Employee) - Michigan Center, MI - October 3, 2020

Work-life balance Its long hours, bull work all day long Overall Our crew is loaded with hard working individuals that will always stop to help each other out no matter what there doing. It could be from moving rail by hand to nipping the rail to re-enter plates or anchors. Great crew to work with

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically we discuss what they want done and set a time and date for me to meet and draw up contracts to establish what I'm gonna do,how weed it's expected to cost an estimated start date and estimated completion date as well as if I'm buying materials or if they are. At that time I get the money for materials if that's the deal and 50% of the labor as well.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
