What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All of our customers receive email confirmation with time frame and picture of the technician coming to their Home.
Also we will cal 30 minutes ahead to verify. When or technician arrives at customer Hone they will wear shoe covers and evaluate the Plumbing, Electrical or HVAC system, see what the customer concerns are and write several options and solutions. We work with upfront prices before any project starts. Once hone owner has understanding of the project gee can go and give a permission to work and we proceed with the work.

Certified in EPA regulations.
