Our pricing for residential services are below.
One time pest control starting at $150
Quarterly pest control starting at $80 per visit which is prepaid annually only.
One time Termite spot treatments start at $350.
Termite bond for your entire home start at $150 per year.
How did you get started in this business?
We started with a national pest control company and then decided after many years we could offer a superior service by giving customers what they are paying for.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Commercial- offices, daycares, restaurants, warehouses, multi-housing, manufactuers, property investors, property management companies, etc.
Residential- HOAs, individuals, etc.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
National name or a big company does not mean better, been there done that. Lowest price can sometimes not get you the service you are looking for with poor results.
