What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a request form or or phone call has been made we come on site and give a free estimate for the scope work that is to be done. Our number one goal is to help the customer make a good solid financial decision on what needs to be replace and what needs to be refinished.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our training has came from a company in Florida with 25 plus years in the business. The two owners have been in the customer relations and sales industry for 24 years. We have been in this specific industry for 5 years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have experience with both commercial and residential customers.
