What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step , we ask for specific information regarding their floors
second , we schedule with the client over the phone a date when our technician will stop by to see the project , measure the floor and then we offer a free estimate .
Third , if the client agree with the price, will will write an agreement , ( where we specify the process of our work ) the agreement will be signed by both parts .
last step is schedule the date to start the project
