What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon first contact we are looking for what needs our customers are in need of to help quickly solve their problem. We try to uphold a 3 hour response time during normal business hours and 4 hours during abnormal hours or weekends. Once onsite we take a few minutes to walk through with the customer if available. Once all customers needs are known we focus on finding cause to issue and report back to you with documented evidence of issue(pictures, video or onsite review) and breakdown of what parts and labor will be needed for repair. No work will be complete without prior customer approval.
