What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to answer to all inquires ( via phone, text, FB or email) within a few hours, I like to go see all projects in person and give estimates based on that.
Once estimate is accepted I will start each job as scheduled.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides the 25 years of experience in tiling, painting hardwood floors etc. I am a wood worker at heart have built multiple pieces of furniture and have a passion for wood turning as well.
