What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer calls into or emails our office, we quickly make sure that the service they are requesting is what we do. We then typically schecule the appropriate technician to come out and review the scope of work so that we can provide an estimate. The estimate will be a fixed rate based on this agreed upon scope. After the customer has reviewed and accepted the estimate, that same technician then is scheduled to complete the work.
