We are your premier North Carolina custom home building company servicing Lake Norman and surrounding areas. Family owned and operated, Brancer Homes is dedicated to making the design-build process as effortless and rewarding for our clients as possible.
Brancer Homes is a division of United Contracting Group, Inc. (UCG). Both companies originated in Denver, North Carolina, also known as “Denver of the East”. UCG and Brancer Homes are owned by husband and wife, Bobby and Jessica Tucker, who are native to the area. Bobby started in this field at a young age helping his Dad building houses. He grew to love building and opened his own construction company at 18 that completed several residential projects. By 21, Bobby’s company, UCG, had successfully grown, and began to specialize in framing and interior specialties on commercial projects. During this transition Bobby never forgot about his passion for home building.
In early 2017, when Bobby and Jessica built their first home together, Bobby reconnected with his love of the trade, while Jessica experienced a whole new element to her design passion. Immediately they opened Brancer Homes and since then, their goal as a team has been to help design and build homes for clients in Denver and surrounding areas. Since beginning the home building journey, Brancer Homes has completed numerous new homes and remodel projects for happy customers in the area.
