I called Yuriy 9-10-18 Monday morning about our dryer that was not heating up. He was ab;e to meet me at home after 6:30 pm Came to the house and fixed the problem. Yuriy has worked our old Viking oven a few times and is always great to work with. He is quick to respond back, and is always punctual, keeps me informed, and tells me what options I have. I never feel pressured. and feels he is always trying to provide me with the best service and prices are reasonable. Hes great about clean up too. He recently worked on our Bosch dishwasher as ell. Hes very knowledgeable;r and does quality work, so glad to have found him!

Yuriy was great! He was here when he said he would be and knowledgeable about our dryer. He did not try to sell us things we didnt need told us exactly what was wrong and fixed it. Also told us how to prevent the problem in the future. In addition, he has very friendly and wonderful to work with. Would definitely call him again if we need someone.
