Earthly Delights is known for its creative and unique landscape design and outstanding customer service. We specialize in residential landscaping, including planting designs, hardscape, patio, deck, outdoor kitchen and outdoor room designs. We strive to incorporate native and drought tolerant plants in our designs, as well as non-native and non-invasive plants that have been proven to thrive in our area. We are associated with some of the finest local craftsmen who provide landscape lighting, masonry, and paving & wall products and services. We also create designs for those who wish to do the installation themselves.

Frequently asked questions

There is no charge for an initial meeting. During this meeting we will spend time walking the property and discussing ideas to include in the landcape design. After this meeting I will provide a design proposal, which is based on a flat fee x hours of design and meetings. A preliminary design will be presented for review. A final plan will be prepared which will include a botanical/common name plants list with spacing and suggested installation size. Any details that are needed for hardscape construction will also be included. Please note: These procedures may vary depending upon the scope of the project.

I have a Batchelor of Arts Degree for Concord University in Athens WV. I also graduated with honors from Wake Technical Community College with an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Landscape Architecture Technology. I have experience working for a landscape construction company and a well know landscape architect before starting my design business in 2003.

I prefer to charge a flat fee for the design following project details which are spelled out in the design proposal. I feel this keeps everyone in the project focussed on the outcome. If additions or changes to the scope of the project are made, change orders will need to be approved before additional work will be completed.

Open ended hourly projects are available as well.

I have worked with homeowner's whose house and property value was anywhere from $250,000 to $1,000,000+
