What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first meet on a zoom video meeting,, to get a general idea for the project and see if our specialities are a good fit. We then begin your quote, meet, take measurements, and discuss materials. Finally if we are a fit, we begin the contract process and review all aspects of the build process before contracting.
