What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask that prospective clients go to my website at www.mightypawz.com and look at my prices and policies and then, if they think we are a good fit, to click on the 'new client request form' button in order to fill out a short form detailing their dates, the services they need, how many/what type of pets they have and where they live. If I am available and they are in my serivice area, I will then give them a call to discuss setting up a meet and greet in person to go over their pet's routines and to get to meet them and the pets in person.
