What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send an estimate, answer questions, than do affordable quality work!!! If the estimate is over 500 I typically do a deposit and then get paid the total amount apon completion
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in Construction for 7 years. I am a master carpenter and have adequate knowledge of most trades. I have experience with dealing with insurance companies as well.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
For some things I charge by the sq/ln ft. For others, by my time. I am at at the lowest end in pricing and the highest end of quality!!!
