OUR BEGINNINGS
Established in 1992 as a custom home builder, owner Rusty Altmann decided to grow into a more residential home improvements and Repair Company due to the need for more customer satisfaction-oriented businesses for consumers who have home improvements and repair needs. Mr. Altmann knows how important customer satisfaction is having grown up with his father, a successful, well established German Custom Cabinet Maker that came to the U.S.in 1954 with a hundred dollars and a box of tools. He learned the English language and the Constitution of America and became a US citizen. Working his way up and saving every dollar he could and start a company call Altmann Kitchen and Bath Company. Altmann Roofing and Construction, LLC is knowledgeable in all aspects of residential and commercial building improvements and repairs, from the beginning of new Home construction to Residential and Commercial Roofing, Siding, Seamless Guttering to the finishing touches of home improvements for complete customer satisfaction.

At Altmann Roofing and Construction LLC we take care of our customers with insurance storm damages from start to finish. From contract signing to meeting your insurance adjuster. The only thing you owe is the deductible at the end. We handle and walk you through all phases. We meet with your insurance adjusters to negations; filing scope of loss’s to final invoices with your insurance company, to tracking storm reports and hail reports, Intel reports, engineering reports. When it comes to storm damage we have a trained eye of what to look for, from damages to your roofing, siding, gutters, drywall work, painting, HVAC units to your outside furniture our staff is trained to see what your insurance company does not want you to know. We run the same estimating programs as the insurance companies do so we know what they should be paying for and how much they should be paying and what not to expect. We do the entire billing to the insurance company including all invoices and supplemental invoices. This makes it stress free for the homeowners. We will stand by your side to win your claim and negotiate with the adjusters any issues that may come up. Most insurance claims are missing 20 -30% of the items that should have been paid for. We want to make sure we’re on the same page with your insurance company from day one.
