Jlp Homes
About
JLP Homes is proud to be entering our 22nd year in business. Jon Poetker, manager of JLP Homes began working in the construction industry as a trade contractor framing homes for other builders. With a strong family history in residential construction, Jon decided to start JLP Construction in 1997 and has built over 900 homes.
His initial focus and vision still remains to provide quality new homes at a fair price. Our showroom, just south of Columbia, IL, offers prospective buyers a “hands on” look at all the current home building options. We take pride in our craft and in doing so have elected to join The Home Builders Association and National Association of Home Builders.
JLP Homes also offers a 1-10 Builders Warranty for your piece of mind. JLP Homes employs a full staff in office to aid you in your home selection, purchase and the entire closing process. In addition we provide a “Two Phase Service Program” that puts our team at your door at one month and again at one year to make sure that everything is to your satisfaction.
To be able to sit down with the customer and understand the needs and wants for their family in regards to their new home and make that dream real.
