Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Customer chose not to select me for his garage construction because I could not get to it for 6 weeks. They went with another company that made them promises. Customer called me about 3 months after gong with this other company. They called me back and contracted with me because the other company could not deliver. The sad part of it is the other company could not refund their deposit because they had spent the money on other things. We were able to get the customer's garage completed and put a smile on their face. I don't know if they ever got their original deposit back from the other company.
